ShoreTel CSTA Server is available directly from ilink at a price of:
- US$ 40.00 (28.50 €) per seat.
Upgrades from release 1.0 to 1.5 are:
- US$ 20.00 (14.25 €) per seat and
- US$ 10.00 (7.10 €) per seat for customers with a non expired ShoreTel service contract.
There is a minimum of five seats per order.
A maintenance contract (support and upgrades) is available for:
- US$ 6.00 (4.30 €) per seat per year,
- US$ 16.20 (11.61 €) per seat for three years prepaid,
- US$ 25.50 (18.28 €) per seat for five years prepaid.
For upgrade licenses we honor the existing ShoreTel service contract for a maximum of 6 months without additional costs.
The product and its documentation are designed to allow installation and configuration by any administrator with ShoreTel and Lync skills (see support documentation).
