ilink CTI Suite is a web based CTI application for corporate environments. It combines screen based dialing functions, personal call history management, and aggregated contact data access via both CTI Suite internal personal address books as well as via integration of corporate directory servers.
ilink CTI Suite supports most large phone system models of the major vendors in setups ranging from a single phone system node up to mixed networks of multiple phone systems of different types.
