Integrated audio conferencing for IBM Lotus Sametime
TeamCall Audio Conferencing for IBM Lotus Sametime adds a full set of audio conferencing functions to Lotus Sametime 7.5 web conferences.
The existing Sametime web conferencing platform can now be used to start both planned and ad hoc audio conferences, e.g. directly with the participants of a web conference.
This provides a cost effective way to increase the quality and flexibility of corporate communications.
Web conference participants can be brought into an audio conference with just a mouse click - they will automatically be called by the conference bridge. The audio conference will be visualized on screen within the Sametime environment. Depending on the conference bridge, this includes a clear indication of the currently active speaker.
Moderator controls allow to control all aspects of the audio conference, including conference start and stop, and participant inclusion, muting, or exclusion.
The wide support for popular phone systems ensures that TeamCall Audio Conferencing for IBM Lotus Sametime is compatible with the customer's infrastructure. A specific advantage is the option to use the system in environments with more than one phone system - even with systems of different types.
